1. Booking agency service
Cooldiving provides enquiry, consultation and booking agency services for overseas dive resorts, dive centres and related travel products based on the customer’s request.
Accommodation, diving, transfers and other on-site services are delivered by the relevant resort, dive centre or third-party provider under its own operating rules.
2. Service provider terms
Room allocation, dive schedules, transfers, product changes, cancellation and refund rules are subject to the selected product, booking confirmation and the actual provider’s terms.
3. Changes and force majeure
Confirmed arrangements may be non-refundable or non-changeable. Weather, government action, strikes, natural disasters or other force-majeure events may require changes or cancellation. We will help communicate with the provider, whose applicable terms determine the outcome.
4. Diving and travel risk
Customers should choose products appropriate to their health, experience and ability, disclose relevant information honestly, follow local law and provider safety rules, and obtain suitable travel and diving insurance.
5. Responsibility
Cooldiving is responsible for its booking agency service within applicable law. On-site accommodation, diving, transfers, equipment, staffing and operations remain the responsibility of the actual provider.
6. Agreement
Submitting an order, payment or booking confirmation means the customer has read and accepted these notes and the applicable provider terms.
